Hailey | November 5, 2007 |

Every once in a while, when I least expect it, I am
reminded that children are a gift from God. Last Sunday
afternoon, I got to meet four-week-old Hailey and her new mom and
dad. Hailey was beautiful and did great for the shoot. She did,
however, let us know when she was done.

Payton & Presley | November 3, 2007 |

I had a chance to shoot again for a family that I
met back in August. Payton and Presley were full of energy this
morning. When they slowed down, I was able to capture a few nice
pictures of them. They are both very sweet. We shot these at the
Heritage House in downtown Irving.

Being Thankful | November 2, 2007 |
|
I am reminded daily that I have plenty to be
thankful for. My photography business has virtually exploded thanks
to my happy clients sharing their photos with family and friends.
Unfortunately, that means I am completely booked through the end
of 2007. I just can't fit in any more sessions between now and
Christmas. I apologize if you were hoping for some holiday photos.
There's just not enough days. I am booking for 2008, though. :-)

Amazing Fall Harvest | October 30, 2007 |
|
We spent last weekend with family in Crosbyton,
Texas. We had a great time together and the weekend was made even
better with a good start of the McDowell family cotton harvest. I
spent a few hours watching them bring in the first modules of cotton
and was amazed at the entire process. The weather was
beautiful, the sky was really blue and the cotton was as white as
snow. Jolene (sister-in-law) and I took over 1,000 shots combined. I
have uploaded a few of my personal favorites
here.

The Maisano's | October 22, 2007 |

 I
am just now posting the photos for the Maisano's shoot from last weekend. I met
with them at the Grapevine Botanical Gardens on Sunday and the weather
was absolutely beautiful for some Fall-themed photos. Brothers Jack and James were
wide-eyed and full of smiles. This is little Jack checking me out.

Dylan & Abby | October 21, 2007 |
| Yesterday, I had
the experience of a lifetime. I spent the day with Dylan and Abby on
their wedding day. Having never shot a wedding before, I had no idea
what to expect. They knew going into this that I had never done
anything like this before and were very cool and relaxed the entire
day. I still can't believe the day has come and gone after three
months of learning and getting geared up and psyched up for this.
Dylan and Abby were awesome. Both sets of parents were awesome
and all of their friends and family were amazing. The wedding and
reception took place in a stunning garden setting. I am truly
blessed to have been invited to take part of this event. I have
begun posting the images here:
