7-Day Ai Challenge

This 7-Day Ai Confidence Challenge is designed to help you build comfort and skill with Ai in a simple, low-pressure way. This challenge isn’t about using Ai at the bank. It’s about building familiarity through small, practical daily exercises you can try in your everyday life. Once Ai feels normal at home, it will feel more manageable at work. Each daily activity will take just a few minutes and will focus on one clear, structured activity that strengthens a specific Ai skill. By the end of the week, you won’t just understand Ai - you’ll feel more confident using it thoughtfully and responsibly.
